Joaquin Phoenix is the best JOKER till date as same as Heath ledger. But if I must say who is the 1st best. it's "Phoenix" of course for me, hands down. Because he showed us shades of sanity to Insanity. A full length character study throughout the duration of the film.

A film that was way way in front of any of the franchised movies that where made in the last 30 years or aquin Phoenix is a marvelous actor who stamps his authority in any part he plays alongside another actor in this film with the same qualities.
